How do I know which membership plan is right for me?
We recommend starting with the Smooth Start Plan for new clients and gradually upgrading to the Confidence or Ultimate plans as needed, depending on your goals and the level of treatment you require. If you’re unsure, our experts can help guide you to the right choice
How soon can I book my first appointment?
If you’re in one of our new locations (Manchester, Newcastle, Leicester), we’ll notify you as soon as booking opens. For our existing locations, you can book your first session as soon as you sign up for your plan.
Are the membership plans transferable or refundable?
Membership plans are non-transferable and non-refundable, but you can pause or adjust your plan if necessary. We encourage you to reach out to our team if you have any specific circumstances.
Can I add extra sessions to my plan?
